How Your Deposit Works
Your $225 deposit reserves a Half Beef Share from an upcoming harvest. Deposits allow us to responsibly plan harvests with our farming partners, ensuring the right number of cattle are raised while supporting regenerative agriculture, reducing waste, and investing in healthy soils.
After placing your deposit, our team will reach out with:

- Your custom cut sheet options (or confirmation that you'd like the standard assortment)
- Estimated final pricing and pickup details
Your deposit is applied toward the final cost of your share. Once your animal has been harvested and processed, we'll calculate the final hanging weight and remaining balance.
