Isabelle came to The Ground at Tabula Rasa Farms in 2017. A medium-large Dexter cow, already seasoned when she arrived. Early on she taught our co-founder Brenda something she has carried ever since: if Izzy moved, the herd moved. She was the read on the herd, and she was rarely wrong.
She lived a long, full life on pasture, consistently producing outstanding calves and bringing a quiet steadiness to everything around her. She did exactly what she was meant to do, for as long as she was meant to do it.
This ground beef comes from Izzy's harvest. Rich, deeply flavored, and raised with the same intentional care that defines everything at The Ground at Tabula Rasa Farms.
This is a limited release and a meaningful way to enjoy quality meat at a great value while honoring the full cycle of life on the farm.
