Thoughtfully curated to showcase quality and versatility, this box is ideal for smaller households or anyone wanting to sample the best of the farm.
Each box includes a rotating variety of cuts based on current availability:

2 premium steaks: Ribeye, New York, Tenderloin, Flank, Skirt, or Bavette

2 secondary steaks: Sirloin (Top or Tip), Chuck, Coulotte, Round, Cube, Denver, or Flat Iron
